01. When do I make payment?

Because of the nature of this service, payment in full is required before we can begin processing the order.

02. How long does the process take?

This will vary depending on where in the world we will be getting a particular item from. The timeframe for each order will be stipulated to the client beforehand.

The general timeframe is 3-4 weeks. 

03. Do I pay for import duties?

The quotation that you receive will include all fees for the order; product + import duties and customs + shipping + our sourcing fees. There will be no hidden costs.

04. Can I return/exchange a sourced item?

It shouldn't be difficult to understand why we cannot offer any refunds/exchanges on products that have been specially sourced and ordered.

This is a specialty service that serves a clients direct needs. We only proceed with the order and source the product once a client gives consent and completes their payment.

The client chooses the exact product and specifications that they want sourced. Once we purchase and source the pair, we cannot provide any refunds/exchanges.

Sales tax is only applicable to merchandise shipped to an Australia, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa,
Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Washington.
Follow the steps below for a seamless returns process:
  • For each item, please indicate a reason for return using one of the Return Codes listed on the order form included in your package.
  • Attach your UPS return label to the outside of the package. There is no cost to use this label.
  • Drop off your package at the nearest UPS location. Please make note of your tracking number so that you are able to track it on its way back to us.

By completing the sourcing service form and proceeding with the service, you acknowledge that you have ready, understood and agree with all the terms, conditions and guidelines below:
  1. It is the client's responsibility to be aware, have the knowledge, and be sure of the product and the size that they are ordering.
  2. Once the order begins processing, we can no longer provide any refunds.
  3. Products are sourced from all across the world. It is normal to experience some delays due to customs and shipping delays.
  4. If a client is not going to be available to collect their delivery on the agreed upon delivery date, it will not be our responsibility and the client would be liable to the additional shipping charge to arrange another delivery.
