Please note that no payment will need to be made on our site.

By checking out, you will simply submit your order to us. We will then contact you to confirm the delivery time of the items in your order. If you are happy, you can make your payment via a Bank Transfer (EFT) or Online Checkout.

How do I buy something on your site?

It’s quite simple.

  1. Find the listing you’re interested in.
  2. Add to cart and follow the usual checkout procedure.
  3. If the product is already in stock in our warehouse, you can make your payment and the package will be couriered to you.
  4. For consignment products, we’ll make sure that the product is still available and contact you to make a 50% deposit to make sure that you are indeed interested.
  5. Once your 50% deposit is in, the seller will ship the product to us and we will perform the verification process to make sure that the products meet the following criteria: Brand New & Original.
  6. Once everything is in order, we will courier the product to you.

The reason for the verification and extra steps is to ensure that you are getting brand new and unworn products and that the products are genuine. There are a lot of fakes and tricksters when it comes to these products so we take the extra steps to make sure that you pay for and get exactly what you order.

How can I sell my sneaker with you and what are the steps involved?

If you have something you want to list for sale on our site or sell to us, the following criteria must be met:

  1. The product must be brand new and unworn.
  2. The product must be original and genuine. We do not deal with fakes.

Once this has been met, here are the steps:

  1. Fill in the form and submit your listing to us here.
  2. You will have the option of sending the product to us to speed up the sale process or you can choose to keep the product with you until interest is shown.
  3. We might buy the sneaker ourselves if needed.
  4. Once there is interest shown in your listing, we will contact you to make sure that the product is still available and you can then send the product through to us.
  5. Once we receive the product, we will make sure that your product meets the two points above.
  6. If everything is in order, you will receive full payment even before the order is shipped to the buyer.

Do you ship all over South Africa?

Yes! We make use of a few different courier services so if you are in an outlying area, 90% of the time, couriers will get to you however, it might cost a bit extra for the courier.

What happens if the product I ordered isn't brand new, is worn or isn't genuine?

Over the passed year, we’ve processed over 1000 orders and we haven’t had a single issue with our verification & authentication process. However, if in the rare case, we do miss something and the product doesn’t check all the boxes, we will gladly send a replacement.

**Remember that each order that goes through the verification process is documented. This means that we will have a video of the product going through the verification process. So we will know if there is any tempering or attempts at malicious activity.**

What about refunds or returns?

Because we are resellers and we also work on consignment, we will not be providing refunds on orders since there are multiple parties linked with most products. Since these are exclusive products, make sure that you are sure about what you are purchasing.

Can I choose to view the product before purchasing?

As long as the product is sold by us or is in our possession, you will be able to come and visit us at our warehouse to have a look at the product. This obviously cannot be done with consignment products.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Some items are available in our warehouse so as soon as payment is received, we will send them off the same day.

For items that are with the seller, when interest is shown, they will send the item to us first. This usually takes a few days however, it can take up to 3 weeks for overseas items.
