ARE YOUR PRODUCTS AUTHENTIC?
Yes, of course. The main factor that our company runs by is that we only deal in 100% authentic products. We have a very strict verification process for all products that we deal with to ensure that customers always receive products that we are 100% sure are authentic. We will never ship an item even if we have a small doubt.
HOW DO I BUY ON YOUR PLATFORM?
Our online store operates just as any other online store would:
- Browse through our products.
- Populate your cart with the items that you'd like to purchase.
- Complete the checkout process by providing your shipping and billing information.
- You'll have the option of securely paying with your card, instant EFT, or a manual EFT.
- That's it. Your order will begin processing and you should receive your order within a few days.
- Paying with your card or via an instant EFT will mean that your order will begin processing immediately. But choosing the manual EFT method means that your order will only be confirmed once funds have reflected in our account.
- Should you choose to complete your payment using manual EFT, please send us the proof of payment within an hour after placing the order or complete an instant payment to avoid your order being cancelled.
- Card payments and instant EFT payments are processed securely through our payment gateway, PayStack.
2. SALES
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS AND/OR REFUNDS?
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our business, it is impossible to allow returns/refunds/exchanges as we deal with items that are dependent on assurance factors such as authenticity, condition, and quality.
Once an item is received by the buyer, we can no longer guarantee those factors.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware and 100% sure about the product and size that they are ordering as mentioned in our terms and conditions which is accepted before confirming an order.
DO YOU OFFER ANY BUYER-PROTECTION?
Yes we do. We offer buyer-protection for all orders through our online store. This means that the buyer will always be protected and will never be liable in the following cases:
- Order is not delivered.
- Wrong sized product delivered.
- Wrong product delivered.
- Defected product delivered.
