All sales are final. Due to the nature of our business and products, it is impossible for us to allow returns/refunds/exchanges as we deal with items that are dependent on assurance factors such as authenticity, condition, and quality. Once an item is received by the buyer, we can no longer guarantee those factors.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware and 100% sure about the product and size that they are ordering as mentioned in our terms and conditions which is accepted before confirming an order.
If, for any reason, we cannot fulfill an order, the delivered item is not what was ordered, or there is an issue with the delivery, we will process a complete refund to the buyer or arrange for an exchange if possible. The refund would be processed within 7 days if a buyer paid using their card. If the buyer paid via a bank transfer/deposit, we would contact the buyer to get their banking details, and the refund will be processed within 3 days.
