We take great care in ensuring that we are able to uphold this trust. This is why we take the extra time to authenticate and make sure that a sneaker is 100% authentic before approving it to be shipped off to a client.
- Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday.
- Due to our extremely thorough authentication process to ensure 100% authenticity, shipping times for sneakers can be up to 7 days. We will rather take some extra time to do a thorough job and fulfill an order with absolute certainty of authentication which is a factor appreciated by our clients as it is in their interest at this time when fake/inauthentic products are at an all-time high.
- Accessories will be shipped out within 1-3 days, and orders are processed much faster unlike the sneaker process since authentication is not required.
- Orders are shipped by our courier partner, The Courier Guy.
- We charge a flat rate of R120 on sneakers and R50 on smaller items for express door-to-door delivery. Bulk orders might be subject to additional costs. All shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
- All orders can be tracked and once shipped, the buyer will receive automated email notification updates.
- There might be a slight delay on the courier's side in the event that there is a public holiday.
- Pre-authenticated items that are ordered will be shipped off the next working day.
