• All sales are final. Due to the nature of our business, it is impossible to allow returns/refunds/exchanges as we deal with items dependent on the assurance of the condition and authenticity of a product. Once an item is shipped off to a buyer, we cannot then be sure of the condition of the products.
• If for any reason the item that was ordered is no longer available, does not match the listed item or is not authentic, the buyer will be notified and refunded in full on the same day. We make sure that buyers are always protected.

• Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday.
• Once an order is shipped, the courier should deliver orders to Johannesburg within 1 to 2 days and 3 to 4 days to Cape Town. There can be usual delays with couriers. However, this is the timeframe for 99% of orders.
• Public holidays can delay courier deliveries and pickups which is a standard for all couriers.
• Due to our extremely thorough authentication process to ensure 100% authenticity, shipping times for sneakers can be up to 7 days. We will rather take some extra time to do a thorough job and fulfill an order with absolute certainty of authentication, which is a factor appreciated by our clients as it is in their interest at this time when fake/inauthentic products are at an all-time high.
• Orders are shipped by our courier partner, The Courier Guy.
• We charge a flat rate of R150 on sneakers and R50 on smaller items for express door-to-door delivery. Bulk orders might be subject to additional costs. All shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
• All orders can be tracked, and once shipped, the buyer will receive automated email notification updates.
• There might be a slight delay on the courier's side in the event that there is a public holiday.
• Pre-authenticated items that are ordered will be shipped off the next working day.
