• Only payment in full confirms an order.
• Due to the nature of our business and the exclusivity of the products that we deal with, it is not possible for us to allow any exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.
• Products are listed by consigners and fulfilled by BMS. This means that it can take up to 7 days for a consigner's item to be sent through to us before we will ship it off to the buyer.
• If for any reason the item that was ordered is no longer available, does not match the listed item or is not authentic, the buyer will be notified and refunded in full on the same day. We make sure that buyers are always protected.
• Make sure that you are aware of the item you are purchasing, how it fits and its features.

We've made it so that buyers are always safe and protected.

• A buyer will never receive an inauthentic/fake item because we verify and thoroughly inspect every single item that passes through our facility.
• If there is any doubt as to the authenticity of a product, we consider that a fail. The buyer will be refunded and we will not ship that item. Alternatively, if we can source another item, we will do so with the permission of the buyer.
• Once a buyer pays for an item, the funds are received by us. We will only release the funds and pay the seller of the item once we are 100% sure that the product matches what was listed and it is authentic.

Apart from our own items listed for sale, BMS is a marketplace. This means that there are sellers who list their items for sale on our platforms as well. We act as the ‘middle man’ between the buyer and the seller.

When a sale is made for an item that is listed on behalf of a seller, the seller is notified of the sale and they have to send their item through to our facility so that we can ensure that their item matches what the buyer ordered and that it is authentic.

If everything is in order, after the product is verified and checked, the seller is paid and thereafter, the product is shipped off to the buyer. This way, the buyer is always assured that they will receive an authentic and quality order.

There are two reasons for this:

1. The sneaker market and market prices are determined by supply and demand. Certain sizes of the same product may be rarer/limited than others. This means that those sizes have a higher value.
2. Since this is a marketplace, a seller decides what they would like to list their products at. So you might see higher and lower prices of the same item from different sellers.

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM I ORDERED IS NOT AVAILABLE?

• The buyer will be refunded on the same day upon finding out that an ordered item is not available for any reason.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS AUTHENTIC?

• All products listed, advertised and shipped to buyers are 100% authentic. No exceptions.

• Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday.
• Orders are shipped and delivered to buyers' doors by the courier company, The Courier Guy.
• We charge a flat rate of R125 on sneakers and R50 on smaller items for door-to-door delivery. Bulk orders might be subject to additional costs. All shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout
• A dedicated express delivery service is available for buyers in Gauteng.
• Deliveries are made nationwide and are fulfilled within 1-5 days if there are no delays with the courier.
• There might be a slight delay on the courier's side in the event that there is a public holiday.
• In-stock items that are ordered will be shipped off the next working day.
• Consignment orders will be shipped out on the same day that the item arrives at our facility as long as it arrives before 11am. Otherwise, it will be sent off the following working day.

It is our priority to ensure 100% authenticity at all costs.

• All products are thoroughly inspected and documented upon arrival at our facility. Unless we are 100% sure that an item is authentic, we will never ship an item off to a buyer.
• If there is any uncertainty when our team reviews a product at our facility and 100% authenticity cannot be guaranteed, the product will be sent back to the seller and the buyer will receive a full refund.

• In the event that an item from a seller is found to be inauthentic, the seller will be banned from using our platform, their name will be blacklisted and they will not be able to sell on any of our platforms again.
• We've also had the rare occasion whereby scammers try to purchase an item from us and upon receiving delivery, they swap out the item we sent for an inauthentic item and then claim that we sent them a fake item. Unfortunately for them, every item that we ship off is thoroughly photographed and documented before being linked to the order which means that we can prove when an item does not match what was shipped off by us.
