• Only payment in full confirms an order.
• All sales are final. Due to the nature of our business, it is impossible to allow returns/refunds/exchanges as we deal with items dependent on the assurance of the condition and authenticity of a product. Once an item is shipped off to a buyer, we cannot then be sure of the condition of the products.
• If for any reason the item that was ordered is no longer available, does not match the listed item or is not authentic, the buyer will be notified and refunded in full on the same day. We make sure that buyers are always protected.
• Make sure that you are aware of the item you are purchasing, how it fits and its features.

• A buyer will never receive an inauthentic/fake item because we verify and thoroughly inspect every single item that passes through our facility.
• If there is any doubt as to the authenticity of a product, we consider that as a fail. The buyer will be refunded and we will not ship that item. Alternatively, if we can replace an item with another, we will do so with the permission of the buyer.
• If the buyer receives an item in error or details such as size or condition does not match, the buyer will be refunded within 24 hours without any hesitation.

• Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday.
• Once an order is shipped, the courier should deliver orders to Johannesburg within 1 to 2 days and 3 to 4 days to Cape Town. There can be usual delays with couriers. However, this is the timeframe for 99% of orders.
• Public holidays can delay courier deliveries and pickups which is a standard for all couriers.
• Due to our extremely thorough authentication process to ensure 100% authenticity, shipping times for sneakers can be up to 7 days. We will rather take some extra time to do a thorough job and fulfill an order with absolute certainty of authentication, which is a factor appreciated by our clients as it is in their interest at this time when fake/inauthentic products are at an all-time high.
• Orders are shipped by our courier partner, The Courier Guy.
• We charge a flat rate of R150 on sneakers and R50 on smaller items for express door-to-door delivery. Bulk orders might be subject to additional costs. All shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
• All orders can be tracked, and once shipped, the buyer will receive automated email notification updates.
• There might be a slight delay on the courier's side in the event that there is a public holiday.
• Pre-authenticated items that are ordered will be shipped off the next working day.

• In the event that an item from a seller is found to be inauthentic, the seller will be banned from using our platform, their name will be blacklisted and they will not be able to sell on any of our platforms again.
• We've also had the rare occasion whereby scammers try to purchase an item from us and upon receiving delivery, they swap out the item we sent for an inauthentic item and then claim that we sent them a fake item. Unfortunately for them, every item that we ship off is thoroughly photographed and documented before being linked to the order which means that we can prove when an item does not match what was shipped off by us.

There are two reasons for this:

1. The sneaker market and market prices are determined by supply and demand. Certain sizes of the same product may be rarer/limited than others. This means that those sizes have a higher value.
2. Products are purchased at different periods in time and since the value of these products fluctuates, prices can be completely different.
